Michelle Dils
Founded Apple Tree Home Care with the dream of assisting seniors in her community. Her work for nursing registries allowed her to gain knowledge and diversity in a variety of fields. She worked for over 9 years in nursing homes, psychiatric facilities, assisted living facilities, and hospitals throughout Arizona.

Michelle went on to become a licensed assisted living manager and managed group homes and assisted living facilities in the Sun Cities areas. She owned and operated a successful group home in the Phoenix area for two years.

Throughout her career, Michelle realized the need for quality home care. Her goal is to empower every senior with knowledge to make the right healthcare decisions, throughout every stage of their life.

Michael oversees the financial activities of the company.  Michael has a degree in Medical Radiography and experience as a CT Technologist.  Together with his wife, he owned and operated an assisted living home.  He is passionate about providing quality care to seniors in his community.
