  Complete job descriptions:
  RN/LPN
Nurses may perform direct nursing care to clients in their homes.  This may include medication set up and monitoring, wound care, and education of client and/or family. 

CNA
CNA’s are certified by the Arizona State Board of Nursing and have completed an approved certified nursing assistant training program. CNA’s work under the supervision of a licensed nurse to assist clients with personal care such as: transferring, ambulating, bathing/grooming, catheter care, and medication reminders.  CNA’s may work with clients that are medically fragile, clients that are on hospice, or clients that require a high level of care.

Certified Caregivers
Certified Caregivers have taken a Certified Caregiver training course.  Certified Caregiver training courses are regulated by the Arizona Department of Health Services.  Certified Caregivers may assist clients with personal care such as: transferring, ambulating, bathing/grooming, and medication reminders.  Certified Caregivers may have different levels associated with their training and certification.

Caregivers
Caregivers are persons that may be experienced but not certified.  Caregivers may assist clients with personal care, errands, cooking, and housekeeping.  Caregiver skill level with be evaluated and they are matched to client’s according to ability and experience.

Companions
Companions are not required to have experience as a caregiver.  They may assist clients with “hands off” duties such as:  errands, transportation, reading mail, cooking, housekeeping, conversation and companionship.

Housekeepers- Housekeepers should have some experience.  We will provide training if necessary.  Duties may include:  Housekeeping, pet care, cooking, ironing, errands.

Community Liasions
Community Liasions may assist with talking to potential clients, performing client intakes, working with staffers to ensure quality care, following up with clients to ensure client satisfaction, supervisory visits with staff, exit interviews with clients, assisting clients with assisted living or other placement and on-going care, coordination with other agencies and services. 
  1. Nursing or healthcare experience preferred
  2. Home care or home health experience preferred
  3. Staffing or Marketing experience A+
  4. Must be organized and able to work with little supervision
  5. Must have excellent communication/people skills
  6. Must enjoy working with seniors
Marketing
Marketing representatives must have sales/marketing experience in the health field.  Responsible for building relationships with referral sources within the community.
Must be able to meet sales goals.
  1. Nursing experience preferred
Staffing CoordinatorStaffing Coordinators may take potential client calls and set appointments.  Work within an office setting to ensure daily staffing needs are met. Interview and hire direct care workers. Supervise direct care staff. Ensure HR requirements are met. Assist with processing, orientation/training of new staff.
